If you are an investor or developer looking to refurbish, or convert a property, then this form of facility provides you with the confidence of knowing you have a pre-agreed facility in place, ensuring your project is completed successfully.

Criteria

  • Loan amounts – up to and in excess of £25,000,000
  • 100% of the refurbishment costs available in staged payments
  • Must not be a ground-up development
  • Any addition to the existing structure must not exceed 25% of the total square footage
  • Available for schemes in England and Wales
